Multi-Viewpoint Autonomous Capture Platform for 3D Reconstruction in Greenhouse Environments
Published in ISFAR-SU 2026, 2026
A second-generation autonomous ground vehicle with vision-based lane detection (vanishing-point RANSAC) and an adjustable-height camera mount for deliberate multi-viewpoint capture. Systematic ablation over six viewpoint configurations and three frame rates identifies the fixed-viewpoint, 5 fps protocol as optimal for downstream 3D reconstruction quality.
